At this time, I am not taking insurance. I do offer Superbills, when requested ahead of time, for you to take back to your insurance to inquire about their reimbursement rates for out-of-network providers.

Currently, I am charging $150 for 60-minute sessions. I also offer 15-minute coaching calls for $40 per session. For every 15 minutes a coaching call takes, there is an additional $40 charged, until it reaches 60 minutes and then it will revert back to the usual $150. I only ask that you have at least 1 full length therapy session in a month, if you are going to request coaching calls as well. Coaching calls are used for short skill review as needed, not to be used for new skill development or in place of therapy sessions.
